In this delightful discussion, Allen Haugh shares with listeners his ideas about being an executive coach and the value of your peers and peer groups to help you see your business with fresh eyes. I’ve known Allen for almost a decade now and I have spoken with many of his CEO groups about strategy. The energy his leaders exhibit tell you a lot about the role he plays in the way they lead their organizations to sustain their growth in fast-changing times.
Allen has been a Group Chair with Vistage Worldwide, an organization of CEOs and their Key Executives since 1994. Today, Allen leads four peer groups for Vistage Worldwide comprised of over 65 CEO and C-Level Executives. They meet monthly to advise each other in an objective peers-only forum free of competitive or significant customer/supplier relationships.
Allen is a Cope Award recipient, Vistage’s highest honor and a 12 time Chair Excellence Award Winner. He holds a “Master Chair” designation and served as a “Best Practice Chair” since 2010, working with Vistage chairs in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.
