Working for several years as experts in helping organizations and their staff adapt to change has led us to delve deeper into human development challenges and examine the many obstacles to change. As John Mattone-certified career coaches, we have recently developed both synchronous and asynchronous programs offered to groups and individuals. More and more in these volatile and ever-changing times, people’s well-being has become hard to achieve, short-lived or simply ignored. We are here to help change that, providing pathways to self-care, joy and fulfillment.
The focus of our human development work
Finding your purpose to find your passion. Many of our clients have achieved significant professional success but are searching for their purpose and happiness. At SAMC we have developed an online and in-person program to help you better understand your personal journey of today and where you would like it to go in the future.
Yes, change is challenging, but very doable with some coaching support.
Here’s what a participant in one of our self-care programs says:
SAMC’s program has made a significant impact on my life. It opened my eyes to the importance of self-care and how much happier I am when I take care of me. It helped me create habits that have made significant and positive changes in my life. It has really been a game changer for me and I fully recommend it!
How it all works
Self-care: You cannot care for others if you don’t care for yourself.
In an individual’s personal development, they often focus on the things they feel they need to do for others, for their family, for their career, for their job. Research has shown, however, that those who do not take care of themselves have a very difficult time doing those tasks, caring for others, and succeeding in their profession. To help change this mindset, we have developed a program which includes an online app to help individuals and groups learn ways to practice true self-care and establish lifelong habits that create a life filled with happiness, gratitude, and direction.
Power of gratitude.
Gratitude is the key to happiness. Grounded in social science and psychological research, it’s been proven that the power of saying “thank you” is truly powerful. In our human development work with clients, we build better organizations and better individuals by encouraging daily expressions of gratitude. We then watch as teams greet each day empowered and inspired to do great work.
Personal Development Coaching.
Personal development is something to provide to your employees and to yourself. While professional skill development is important, enhancing the ability of individuals to engage with each other and bring their best selves to work is an essential part of business success. Don’t let the pain of change slow you down. Listen and learn from your staff. Listen to yourself. Then, let’s talk about how our programs can help you make change your friend.
Is today the day to focus on your own personal development?
If you are ready to find and grow your own personal and professional well-being, and perhaps for your staff as well, please reach out to us to test our tools, and sample our methods for yourself. Remember, professional success depends on personal growth. Don’t put it off any longer.
Yes, you deserve to be happy.
